City to Continue Jalan Joglo Improvement

Road improvement project on Jalan Joglo Raya, Kembangan Sub-district, West Jakarta that previously hampered by 21 building acquisition would immediately continue.

We only act as a mediator for now and will take action immediately if the budget from department is already disbursed.

West Jakarta Land Procurement Committee (P2T) Vice, Asril Marzuki said, his side are awaiting confirmation from Bina Marga Department related to building acquisition's budget. Currently, there are still many citizens who don't qualify the requirement.

"We only act as a mediator for now and will take action immediately if the budget from department is already disbursed. Moreover, the citizen's requirement is also yet completed," he said, Friday (3/6).

Meanwhile, Asril continued, his side to use the newest property taxable value from Jakarta Provincial Government.

"We will also check the buildings' requirement and imposed the current property taxable value. At least, we will continue the project after the budget disbursed because we are in the payment phase for now," he uttered.

As known, the project will be constructed into two lanes along 1.4 kilometers and 26 meters in wide from Alfa Indah Park- Mega Housing Kebon Jeruk. The project was hampered because many buildings don't qualify the requirement.
