Acting Governor Receives Indonesian Ambassador to France Discusses Promotion of Culture, Arts, and Culinary

Jakarta Acting Governor, Heru Budi Hartono received Indonesian Ambassador to France, Mohamad Oemar at Jakarta City Hall, Thursday (6/8).

Mr. Heru asked the ranks of the Jakarta Government to discuss further

At the meeting, Oemar submitted a proposal for the participation of the Jakarta Provincial Government in terms of promoting culture and arts, culinary, as well as the Investment Forum in Paris.

He invited the Jakarta Government to collaborate in an integrated promotion of investment in trade, culinary, fashion, and culture.

"As well as cooperation between Jakarta and the city of Paris in the context of optimizing management of city assets into a resource that is more useful in terms of tourism and utilization for the public interest," he expressed.

He added the Investment Forum in Paris is planned to take place at the end of September 2023. He invited the Jakarta Government to showcase its strengths, especially in creative works in the fields of culture, culinary, and fashion.

"Mr. Heru asked the ranks of the Jakarta Government to discuss further technically and in principle the Jakarta Government wants to participate in the event in Paris," he stated.
