To achieve this target, the Regional Asset Management Agency (BPAD) together with Jakarta National Land Agency (BPN) Regional Office held a Group Discussion Forum (FGD) entitled Monitoring and Evaluation of Certification of Land Assets belonging to Jakarta Government for 2023 City Budget (APBD), some time ago.
"At city's anniversary, a thousand more certificates will be sent and it will become a joint target in the near future. Hopefully, we can make it happen, of course with a well-established synergy," expressed Jakarta BPAD Head, Lusiana Herawati, as quoted by beritajakarta.id, Tuesday (6/13).
BPAD Aims to Complete Asset Inventory in April 2020This discussion was held to resolve all technical and non-technical problems encountered in completing the certificate of land assets owned by Jakarta Government and mitigating problems, thus they can be resolved properly.
"This is the commitment that we must complete what has been mutually agreed upon in the meeting," he explained.
Jakarta BPN Regional Office Head, Wartomo asserted his party was committed to implementing it as well as possible, thus the fastest target on June 22 could be accomplished.
"Hopefully, the agreement that has been produced is part of our commitment to be implemented as well as possible. The fastest target is June 22, 2023, we will submit a minimum of a thousand certificates," he asserted.
He added the discussion agenda was continued with technical discussions to be subsequently set forth in the minutes of the commitment to complete the Jakarta Government land asset certificates for the 2023 APBD.
"This commitment was jointly signed by the Heads of the Asset Agency Unit and the heads of Regional Land offices throughout Jakarta," he added.
As for the information, as many as 162 certificates have been handed over to the Agrarian and Spatial Planning Minister/National Land Agency, Hadi Tjahjanto, to Jakarta Acting Governor, Heru Budi Hartono. It is also hoped that with the holding of the sixth meeting, the Jakarta Government's target of 4,000 certificates will be achieved in 2023.
