BPAD Aims to Complete Asset Inventory in April 2020

Jakarta Regional Asset management Agency (BPAD) has targeted related Regional Agencies (OPD)s to submit asset inventory to Jakarta BPAD's asset reporting database system before April 24, 2020.

Jakarta BPAD Head, Pujiono stated, OPDs have currently recorded their assets. Assets listed are based on the census which stipulated by Jakarta Government, Anies Baswedan, through Jakarta Gubernatorial Decree.
"Asset inventory from all OPDs will be reported to governor on April 30, 2020. The data will be used as material for accountability report that will be submitted to Supreme Audit Agency," he mentioned, Wednesday (4/15).

"Assets which recorded in the database system include buildings and lands that have not been certified, operational vehicles, and so on. Several OPDs such as Bina Marga and Education Agencies almost complete their asset inventory in the database system," he explained.
Through uncertified assets data proposed by OPDs, he added, BPAD will cooperate with National Land Agency (BPN)'s Jakarta Regional Office to certify those uncertified land assets.
"225 land assets owned by Jakarta Government have been certified in 2019. It has exceeded the target as many as 180 land assets. This year, we increase the target by 190 land assets that will be certified," he said.
