Bank DKI Expands Coverage of Cardless Cash Withdrawals

Bank DKI is again collaborating with its strategic partners to push the expansion of banking access with digital services. Most recently, Bank DKI is developing features for the JakOne Mobile financial service application.

Not to mention the Indomaret minimarket outlet network spread across various regions in Indonesia

Bank DKI customers can make cardless cash withdrawals through Indomaret cashiers in all networks spread across Indonesia using the cardless cash withdrawal feature.

Previously, the cardless cash withdrawal feature could be used to make cardless cash withdrawal transactions at Bank DKI ATMs and ATMs of other cooperating banks, such as BCA, BNI, and CIMB Niaga with the Prima logo.

Bank DKI President Director, Fidri Arnaldy said the cardless cash withdrawal service at Indomaret is a concrete manifestation of Bank DKI in providing practical and safe solutions for customers who do not have direct access to ATMs or for physical reasons ATM cards, for instance because they are lost or left behind.

"While shopping transactions, without the need to visit an ATM, customers can withdraw cash quickly and practically at Indomaret. Not to mention the Indomaret minimarket outlet network spread across various regions in Indonesia," he expressed, Thursday (6/22).

He explained the cardless cash withdrawal feature is also guaranteed to be secure, as each transaction is validated using additional authentication methods such as a unique verification code or fingerprint scanning via the JakOne Mobile application.

Bank DKI Company Secretary, Arie Rinaldi added the expansion of features in the JakOne Mobile application proves that Bank DKI continues to innovate in presenting digital banking services that are safe, easy, and fast.

"Digitalization adaptation that adapts to community needs is a real effort by Bank DKI to continue to be the Bank of choice and is relied upon by the community in terms of financial services," he stated.

Here is how to withdraw cash without a card at Indomaret via the JakOne Mobile application:

1. Enter JakOne Mobile application and login

2. Click “Withdraw Cash Deposit Cash” feature on the main page

3. Click “Withdraw Cash

4. Select Transaction Type "Cash Withdrawal at Indomaret" and select "Nominal"

5. Select source account

6. Click "Continue" on JakOne Mobile display

7. Enter JakOne Mobile PIN

8. Transaction Code/Passcode will be stored in "History" in "Cash Withdrawal" menu

9. Inform the OTP/Passcode code, JakOne cellphone number and nominal cash withdrawal to Indomaret cashier

As for the information, cardless cash withdrawal services at Indomaret are subject to an admin fee of Rp 5,000 per transaction and can be used throughout Indomaret in Indonesia.
