Jakarta Offers 10 Potential Projects at 2023 JIF

The Jakarta Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Agency (PM PTSP) through Jakarta Investment Center (JIC) Management Unit in collaboration with the Jakarta Representative of Bank Indonesia will again hold the 2023 Jakarta Investment Forum (JIF). Jakarta PM PTSP Agency Head, Benni Aguscandra said this year's JIF has two series of events, namely JIF Exhibition and JIF Plenary which fall in July and August 2023.
He explained the JIF Exhibition is the opening of the 2023 JIF series, the climax of which would take place at the JIF Plenary event which would be held on August 3.

He explained the annual international business forum is a place to promote Jakarta's potential projects. According to him, as one of the largest cities in Southeast Asia, Jakarta is a city full of opportunities, not only offering a friendly business and investment environment, but also a large and potential market.
"The government has issued updated spatial regulations in support of the business climate and investment-friendly to attract more investors to Jakarta," he uttered.
The Jakarta Provincial Government would provide various information related to investment opportunities and potential as well as potential investor facilitation services in the form of Integrated Investment Information (IPMT).
Jakarta PM PTSP's JIC Management Unit Head, Tona Hutauruk stated the 2023 JIF series of events which began with the JIF Exhibition would feature ten investment projects that were ready to be offered to investors.
"The series begins with JIF Exhibition, which offers 10 potential projects belonging to three BUMDs namely, PT MRT Jakarta, PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Tbk, and PT Transjakarta," he added.
The following projects offered include:
1. Bundaran HI Extended Concourse
2. Fatmawati Extended Concourse
3. Dukuh Atas Pedestrian Deck
4. Blok M Mixed-Use
5. Lot A Ancol Residential Development
6. Lot B Ancol Mixed-Use Development
7. West Ancol Mixed-Use Development
8. BRT Transjakarta Shelter
9. Green Shelter Electricity
10. Pedestrian Shelter Redevelopment
He went on to say that the event invited various domestic and foreign investors. Some of them are BUMN, private companies, global investment institutions, business chambers, associations, and non-profit organizations, as well as other stakeholders.
By doing so, it was hoped that it would create investment cooperation that could become a catalyst for regional development.
"At the JIF Exhibition, participants can explore the various projects offered by attending project presentations, exclusive one-on-one meetings, and conducting site visits to see directly the location of the project plan," he continued.
It is slated for two periods at Hotel Borobudur Jakarta, namely from July 11 to 13, 2023 featuring projects owned by PT MRT Jakarta, and July 25 to 27, 2023 featuring projects owned by PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol and PT Transportasi Jakarta.
