City Monitoring MGAC-AMF 2023 Preparations

The Jakarta Provincial Government is monitoring the preparation of three locations for Mayors and Governors Meeting of the ASEAN Capital (MGMAC)-ASEAN Mayors Forum (AMF) 2023.

We, together with all stakeholders, are directly involved in checking all readiness

The three locations monitored include the Public Works and Electricity Park (PUTL) on Jalan Pattimura, Kebayoran Baru; Plataran City Forest, Jalan Jendral Sudirman, and Hotel Fairmont, Jalan Asia Afrika.

City Secretary Regional Cooperation Bureau Head, Marulina Dewi revealed the monitoring of three locations aims to ensure the readiness of all aspects in welcoming the MGAC-AMF on August 1and 2, 2023.

"We, together with all stakeholders, are directly involved in checking all readiness in the field," she expressed, Monday (7/17).

She explained the PUTL Park would later be installed with ASEAN installations such as lights. Plataran City Forest will be the place for dinner for guests ofASEAN delegation. While the Fairmont Hotel was prepared as a meeting place for ASEAN chairmen.

He hoped that the Jakarta Government can provide the best for the ASEAN chairmanship and also the delegates present.

"We'llgive our best so that Jakarta will continue to shine on the ASEAN and world stage," he stated.
