Jakarta Music Festival at Kalijodo RPTRA Goes Lively

As many as 10 bands took part in the Jakarta Music Festival at Kalijodo RPTRA, Jalan Pangeran Tubagus Angke, Angke Urban Village, Tambora Sub-district, West Jakarta. The event initiated by the West Jakarta Cultural Agency, was lively.

This is also a venue for showing the creativity of teenagers and youth

West Jakarta Culture Sub-agency Head, Ahmad Syaropi said the Jakarta Music Festival entitled "Art Camp Festival" was held to enliven public spaces in West Jakarta.

"We want public spaces in Jakarta to be a means of interaction and entertainment for residents. Today's event start at 1 PM until finished," he expressed.

He explained there were 10 bands performing today including, Over Drive, DDK, and Jump. Each band performed two songs with entertaining free music flow.

"This is also a venue for showing the creativity of teenagers and youth in music or is known in the arts. Besides musical, there are also dance and theatrical performances," he added.

Over Drive Vocalist, Aditya expressed his gratitude to the West Jakarta Culture Sub-agency for organizing the event.

"This is very good, as it can facilitate creativity for artists, especially youth and youth bands. I express my appreciation and thanks," he stated.
