The Seribu Islands Tourism and Creative Economy Sub-agency (Parekraf) plans to hold a Seribu Island Festival at Sunrise Beach, Pramuka Island, Panggang Island on July 15, 2023.

Seribu Islands Parekraf Sub-agency Head, Sonti Pangaribuan expressed the Seribu Island Festival would involve dozens of MSMEs with the aim of preserving different and unique island local specialties.
There would also be performances of artistic attractions on an open entertainment stage that could be enjoyed by tourists and the local community.

It was scheduled to be held in conjunction with the Seribu Islands Abang None (Abnon) Final Night event at Seribu Islands Regency Plaza on July 14.
Visitors would also be introduced to the winner of the Seribu Islands Abnon.
"Hopefully, all related parties can make this event a success, thus it can be even more lively. Abnon finalists will also enliven the festival stage," he explained.
Seribu Islands Regency Secretary, Eric PZ Lumbun expressed his support for Abnon Final Night event and Seribu Island Festival. They were deemed to be able to increase the number of tourists and present entertainment for residents.
"We hope that the two days in a row will run smoothly," he hoped.
