Despite lots of programs are crossed out, Ahok was happy because the ministry could have been more careful in evaluating the draft budget proposed by the executive.

"They (ministry) are aware if the evaluation is not done carefully, the legislative will go ballistic and check it out. That is my target where all regional working units must be monitored," he expressed.

He added his party has known that the ministry crossed out unqualified programs from the draft, such as travel cost, hotel, and so on.

"Yes, there is a correction and we have do deletion. As you know, the ministry can control the budget all over Indonesia and cancel the Bylaw," he added.
