Jakarta Acting Governor, Heru Budi Hartono visited the evacuation site for fire survivors at the Kapuk Muara Urban Village Office, Penjaringan, North Jakarta, Friday (8/4).

Upon arrival at the location, he immediately went to the aid distribution post, health post, public kitchen, including psychosocial services at the evacuation site.
Besides interacting with survivors, he also handed over aid in collaboration with the Indonesian Buddhist Tzu Chi Foundation to refugees, both parents and children.

He stated the Kapuk Muara fire survivors took refuge in two evacuation sites, namely at sub-district office and near the fire site.
He ensured that physical and non-physical services or assistance would continue to be provided to residents affected by the fires.
"Jakarta Government is also empathetic and concerned about yesterday's fire incident. Services are continuing, such as providing trauma healing and assistance for other daily needs. Hopefully, it will be enough and lighten the victim's burden. The adminduk service is definitely ongoing, we check each of the needs of the affected residents," he said.
