Bank DKI Wins Indonesia Public Relations 2023 Awards

Bank DKI once again made brilliant achievements for its various efforts to publish and convey information to the public.

This time, The Iconomics awarded Bank DKI two categories, namely the Popular Companies & Institutions 2023 Corporate Category and the Popular PR Persons Award 2023 for the Corporate Secretary of Bank DKI, Arie Rinaldi. The award was received at the 4th Indonesia Public Relations Awards 2023.

Bank DKI Acting President Director, Amirul Wicaksono said in facing the digitalization era, banking is required to be adaptive in utilizing channels to convey information to the public.

"Through managing communication channels that are adaptive and close to the community, Bank DKI instills the importance of disclosure of information in a timely and measurable way considering that Bank DKI as a financial services institution is also supervised by regulators such as the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia," he expressed, Tuesday (8/8).

He explained that communication activities internally and externally continue to be strengthened by Bank DKI, especially in conveying various developments, performance achievements, as well as the development of Bank DKI's products and services to the public.

"It proves that public relations activities have an important role, especially in maintaining a positive image of the company for the community," he explained.

He expressed his gratitude and appreciation for the award given, as a form of feedback from the public for the various public relations activities that had been carried out.

"Bank DKI consistently conveys information transparently, accurately, and clearly, as a form of our responsibility to all stakeholders, shareholders, and society in general," he added.

As for the information, in conducting the assessment, The Iconomics jury selected hundreds of companies and institutions that have been registered or not listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and then measured them through the value of a good reputation from the mass media.

These companies are then measured for their news exposure using the media monitoring engine and then assessed through sentiment analysis.
