Besides of limited officers, controlling of social welfare problems (PMKS) is also hampered by the broken of South Jakarta Social sub-department official cars.

"There are parts of car that should be repaired as they are already broken and porous yet the car still can be running," said Head of Section for Social Affairs Service and Rehabilitation South Jakarta Social Sub-Department, April Astuti, Tuesday (3/17). 

Those broken parts such as front door foothold, back door foothold, and mid door which is hard to open. "So, it should be installed the foothold and the doors have been repaired," she stated.

According to Astuti, the current cars are the procurement of 2009 and 2013 budget. "The car from 2013 is still fine as it is new. While for 2009 car is already broken and needs to be repaired due to the broken siren," she uttered. 

Despite that, she continued, it did not influence the performance of the officers to guard the location from PMKS. "By using cars interchangeably could be a solution to diminish its workload. So, 1 car operates from 7 AM to 3 PM and the other one operates from 3 PM to 11 PM," she disclosed.
