Tanjung Priok harbor Resort Police destroyed the evidences of Rp 4 billion worth of methamphetamine, Tuesday (3/17). The 2 kilograms of methamphetamine was confiscated from MY, a passenger of KM Ciremai who just came to Tanjung Priok Harbor last Thursday (3/15). 

Eventhough, the evidences have been destroyed yet suspect's legal process keep ongoing

Head of police's Criminal Detective Directorate Tanjung Priok Harbour, AKP Martua Raja Taripar Laut Silitonga stated, it accordance to the law of drugs, before destroying the evidence he firstly made a report to the attorney side.

"Eventhough, the evidences have been destroyed yet suspect's legal process keep ongoing," said Silitonga, Tuesday (3/17). 

Destroying system is by mixing the methamphetamine with water thus its substances would be damage and hard to be reprocessed.

Besides destroying the methamphetamine, the officers also destroyed the other evidences such as 6,3 kilograms of marijuana that are gained from SY, a passenger of KM Kelud.
