Jakarta Government's Property Land in Karet Tengsin Executed

Central Jakarta Administration  finally executed the Jakarta Provincial Government property land in Jalan Karet Pasar Baru Timur V RT 014/11, Karet Tengsin Urban Village, Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta. All this time, the land was controlled by one of security service agency. 

Beside of assets, they also construct the unlicensed building in here. Thus we obliged to demolish as it accordance to the rules

Based on beritajakarta.com observation, heavy tools have been deployed to demolish the building and 2 meters fence on the land. 

There is a little chaos occurred when some of officers of Security service who settled the land trying to stop the operation of the heavy tools. Consequently, the clash with Satpol PP could not be avoided.

Execution of LPK Saint Mary Postponed

Central Jakarta Vice Mayor, Arifin told, takeover of assets in the area occurred quite tough. His side have installed the peg and sign since January ago. However , it was removed by the company sides thus such execution should be done. 

"Beside of assets, they also construct the unlicensed building in here. Thus we obliged to demolish as it accordance to the rules," he explained, Tuesday (3/17). 

According to Arifin, Eventually the fence will be built on the land by Central Jakarta City Assets Management. " the National Land Agency (BPN) have measured and installed a peg, and continued to assets management agency. If they break it then we will report it to the police as criminal act," he disclosed.
