Next Week, Park Construction on Jalan Swadaya Duren Sawit Completed

The 30x15-square-meter park construction located on Jalan Swadaya, Duren Sawit Urban Village, targeted for completion in a week.

The work progress has touched 80 percent

East Jakarta Parks and City Forest Sub-agency Head, Djauhat Arifin said the park construction, precisely on the west side of the gas station, Jalan Laksamana Malahayati was realized in cooperation with the Water Resources (SDA) and Bina Marga sub-agencies. It has been carried out since a week ago.

In this collaboration, the Bina Marga Sub-agency was making a sidewalk and a kanstine block, while the SDA Sub-agency was making a water channel along the park.

Parks along Jalan KH Mas Mansyur Being Beautified

"The park construction has been ongoing since a week ago and is targeted to be completed in early October. The work progress has touched 80 percent," he expressed, Thursday (9/28).

To beautify the park, various types of ornamental plants were seen being plantedz starting from Patah Tulang, Pucuk Merah, and Anjuang Kribo.

"To smoothen it, we send around ten personnel to the location," he said.
