City Awaits Council's Official Decree

Jakarta Provincial Government is still waiting for the official letter from the legislative council related to 2015 City Budget issue until 3 PM this afternoon. 

We need it to be written and real in order to get physical evidence. We just need to wait today

City Secretary (Sekda), Saefullah said although his side heard that 2015 City Budget were refused by the legislative council, yet it has to wait for the official decision as there must be a physical evidence. 

"So, we're waiting for a written answer from the council leader," told Saefullah, at City Hall, Monday(3/23).

Legislative: We Should Issue Bylaw for 2015 City Budget

He added, the official letter from legislative council needs to be guidance before his side sends it to Home Affairs Ministry (Kemendagri). 

"We need it to be written and real in order to get physical evidence. We just need to wait today," he continued.

He assured has prepared two possibilities, whether using bylaw or gubernatorial regulation. However, despite of using governor regulation, it surely will not disturb the use of city budget. As its usage is more to basic necessity such as education, health, infrastructure, social peace, Residential and spatial. 

"So, there is no problem or obstacle," he disclosed.
