City Secretary to Send Letter to The Budgetary Body of DPRD

Evaluation result of 2015 City Budget draft (RAPBD) has been signed by the Home Affairs Ministry last Wednesday (3/11). Jakarta Provincial Government then send a letter to the Budgetary Body of Jakarta Legislative Council (DPRD) to discuss the evaluation result together in seven days.
Today, we are going to write a letter and take it over to the City Secretary, in this occasion the budgetary body will discuss it, so please send a letter to DPRD immediately
Jakarta Governor, Basuki Tjahaja Purnama (Ahok) said, his side has ordered the City Secretary, Saefullah to send a letter to DPRD today. Thus the discussion related to evaluation result could be done immediately.
"Today, we are going to write a letter and take it over to the City Secretary, in this occasion the budgetary body will discuss it, so please send a letter to DPRD immediately," said Ahok at City Hall, Thursday (3/12).
City Finally Received 2015 Budget EvaluationHowever, Ahok continued, If DPRD refuse to discuss the budget draft evaluation from the ministry, then his side will prepare the Gubernatorial Regulation (Pergub). It is the anticipation of deadlocked discussion. The Gubernatorial Regulation (Pergub) is issued for using the 2014 budget ceiling amounted to Rp 72,9 trillion.
He does not mind to use 2014 budget ceiling. As all of the programs could be adapted where Jakarta Provincial Government could be consulting with the ministry. "Last year it's just the value and the ceiling. Precisely, it's better to use pergub for the programs, it's my business with the ministry," he exclaimed.
"For Regional Performance Allowance(TKD) there is a correction that stated it should be under than 30 percent yet we're only 24 percent," he added.
As known, the ministry's decree for 2015 City Budget draft evaluation has been signed by Tjahjo Kumolo, Wednesday (3/11).
Furthermore, Jakarta Provincial Government still have 7 days to discuss the evaluation result along with the budgetary Body of Legislative Council.
City Secretary, Saefullah claimed he has prepared the letter that will be sent to Budgetary Body. 141 out of 6,600 pages budget draft are the notation from the ministry.
"The letter has been prepared and it's ready to be sent," he disclosed.
