Nakertransgi Agency Holds FGD on Productivity Measurement

The Jakarta Manpower, Transmigration and Energy Agency (Nakertransgi), held a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) activity to measure regional and sectoral productivity.

They are expected to maximize productivity

It was held in the meeting room on the third floor of the Nakertransgi Agency with the theme 'Strengthening Human Resources for Productivity Measurement' and was attended by 25 members of the Productivity Professional Association (Approdi).

Jakarta Nakertransgi Agency Head, Hari Nugroho hoped the Approdi was expected to maximize productivity and be on target.

"In terms of training and need analysis from the requesting party so far it has not been appropriate. So, they are expected to maximize productivity," he expressed, Thursday (10/26).

He explained many stakeholders synergize within the Approdi platform to create a market that has an impact on increasing productivity.

"As a result, worker welfare continues to increase, including economic growth," he explained.

Jakarta Approdi Chairman, Heber Simbolon explained the meeting was participated by 25 participants who are members and administrators.

"After this discussion forum is held, it is continued with a competency test, thus productivity in Jakarta can be assessed by trained and competent people," he explained.

Central Approdi Chairman, Sanggam Purba added the competency test would be held on Friday (10/27). Participants who pass would receive a productivity measurement competency test certificate.

"And recommended and recognized as capable and competent in carrying out productivity measurements," he stated.
