The Central Jakarta Bina Marga Sub-agency has been started to elevate the sidewalk on Jalan Pramuka Sari 1, Rawasari, Cempaka Putih.

Cempaka Putih Sub-district Bina Marga Executing Unit Head, Ebend Ferry Nobel said the elevation was elevated, as the condition was already low due to the high number of two-wheeled vehicles passing by.
"This sidewalk is elevated from 10 to 15 centimeters. It involves seven personnel," he said, Tuesday (10/31).
Bambu Apus to Have Disability-Friendly SidewalkAccording to him, the elevated sidewalk is 145 meters long and 1.5 meters wide.
“We're filling in the old sidewalk with rubble and asphalt. Afterward, it is compacted, and then installed paving blocks," he explained.
It has been ongoing for a week and has touched 35 meters or 30 percent. It is targeted to be completed by the end of the upcoming November.
"Hopefully, it can create a sense of comfortable and safe for pedestrians," he hoped.
