Tegal Alur Cemetery will Be Equipped with Interactive Park

West Jakarta City Parks and Cemetery Sub-Department is about to build an interactive park on the land around Tegal Alur Public Cemetery (TPU), Kalideres, West Jakarta. Besides as people interactive site, the eerie impression will disappear by itself.

Head of West Jakarta Parks and Cemetery Sub-Department, Djauhar Arifin stated his party is currently managing around 207 parks. However, its existence in densely populated areas is still lacking.

Tegal Alur Cemetery will Be Equipped with Interactive Park

"This is because unavailable land and people who are not willing to sell their land in accordance with the tax value of the properties (NJOP)," explained Arifin, Thursday (3/26). 

Such park construction at Tegal Alur Public Cemetery, he continued, will be facilitated with children playground, jogging track, etc. "For this time, as pilot project, we would build the park in Tegal Alur," he disclosed.
