All SKPDs Should Optimize with 2015 Program, Djarot Says

The allowance will be given in accordance with the civil servants (PNS) performance because the amount will be adjusted with their points. If the civil servants do hard work, they will get bigger dynamic allowance. “The indicators of their performance will be calculated by points. The points will be multiplied by the unit, which is set to Rp 8,000, "he explained.

Moreover, he added, although the amount per point for echelon IV or echelon II is same, the number of points between positions is different. The higher the position, the maximum points will be higher too. Moreover, this dynamic allowance was promised by Heru to be paid by the end of this month.
