All SKPDs Should Optimize with 2015 Program, Djarot Says

Jakarta Vice Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidajat asked provincial working unit (SKPD) to minimize errors while arrange the spending plan. Moreover, the Jakarta Provincial Government will use 2014 budget cap to run all activity in 2015.

Although the working units will use budget cap from previous year, Djarot asked all working units not afraid and not make this incident as an obstacle to run their activity.

"As long as there is no prices manipulation, don't you afraid, don't let the urgent program inhibited," told Djarot at Jakarta City Hall, Wednesday (3/25).

Road Reparation Used Precedes Budget

Djarot claimed to be ready to protect the working units who dreaded by irresponsible people.

"One of our weaknesses in arranges the spending plan is often copy the same activity from previous year. But, although the legislative know our weaknesses, we know their weaknesses better," he uttered.

In the Future, Djarot continued, all working units were asked to optimize their programs. 

"We have spent a lot of time on unnecessary and unproductive activity. By using Pergub (Gubernatorial Regulation), don't let the service be interrupted, the bureaucracy not running well, and the corruption rampant. There is so much hope the activity do not run well by using the gubernatorial regulation, especially legislative. This is our fight, our dignity," he stressed.
