Munjirin: ASN Must Hold Neutrality in Elections

South Jakarta Mayor, Munjirin, once again reminded the state civil servants (ASN) in South Jakarta to be neutral in the upcoming elections 2024.

We as ASN who have taken a pledge of neutrality just need to implement it

Approaching the elections, ASNs from urban village, sub-district, and city levels must maintain neutrality and be wise.

"We as ASN who have taken a pledge of neutrality just need to implement it, both on social media and in everyday life," he expressed when he led a rally in his office yard, Monday (11/13).

Central Jakarta is Ready to Maintain Regional Conduciveness During Election

He also instructed regional apparatus organizations (OPD) to control the attitudes and behavior of their employees during election situations.

"Those of us who are in contact with society should not be complacent and make a fuss," he asserted.

He reminded OPD to be ready to handle disasters during the rainy season such as fallen trees.

His staff is also encouraged to participate in the PMI Funding Month 2023, which currently has only reached Rp 4,613,539,035 or 52 percent of the target by Rp 9 billion.

"I ask that each program be monitored and evaluated in each unit," he stated.
