The passengers were going to defend the driver who was interrogated by police.

But the situation getting chaos when the motorcyclist come inside the bus to calm the passengers, consequently passenger emotion were culminating then they asked to officer to ticketed to him because he obviously against the regulation.
“He was not wearing helmet, how come he can’t be ticketed,” passengers protested.
In fact, passengers shout turns out the officer emotion while he being ticketing the driver.
