Only Depok that won’t get the grant from Jakarta Provincial Government because they not submitting proposal
"Only Depok that won’t get the grant from Jakarta Provincial Government because they not submitting proposal. I have asked West Java Governor, why Depok didn't want to submit porposal? He didn't know and was also surprised. Moreover, I also told that Depok did'nt come in my invitation of 9 regional heads partner in Khayangan restaurant. I hope all will be better in 2016," explained Basuki at City Hall, Thursday (3/26).
Except Depok, all Jakarta partner cities will receive grant from the Jakarta Provincial Government. As example, the South Tangerang City Government that will receive grant of Rp 74.8 million to be used for Pondok Cabe Terminal Construction Rp 64.8 million, flood prevention program and embankment construction project.
Use of Grant Fund for KONI Monitored Strictly"The South Tangerang Mayor wants to get a sureness about the grant. If the grants actually received, it will be included in South Tangerang Budget changes. So, we ensure they will get it," said Basuki.
Moreover, Basuki added, the Tangerang City Government should receive grant funds greater than other areas, amounting to Rp 1.2 trillion, But the Tangerang City Government still not give DED (Detailed engineering Design) for Transjakarta flyover construction.
"We will help them (Tangerang City Government) to widen the road. But because Jakarta City Budget will use Gubernatorial Regulation, so we will adjust the amount with 2014 Budget Cap," he explained.
