Jakarta Acting Governor, Heru Budi Hartono, visited Public SLB 07 Jakarta on Jalan Griya Wartawan, Cipinang Besar Selatan, Jatinegara, East Jakarta, Wednesday (12/13).

His visit was aimed to encourage the students as well as witness the art performances and bazaars that were taking place at the school.
"To encourage the children of Public SLB 07, there was a pantomime, dance, and singing performance to encourage them. His children are smart," he expressed.
Acting Governor and DPRD Chairman Inaugurate the naming of Grha Ali SadikinHe hoped that students could be independent and confident after graduating from school. He also urged the teachers at the school to teach students wholeheartedly and with trust.
"Hopefully, they can be independent after graduating from school. The facilities are also quite good. If the principal wants to add more, we can help add them," he hoped.
Public SLB 07 Jakarta Principal, Elda Refni said the art performance and bazaar carried the theme Freedom to Create towards Glorious Achievement. The performance displayed was all students from SDLB to SMALB, and all people with disabilities, including the blind, the deaf and the mentally impaired.
"Every day, students and teachers mix well, so it is not difficult for children to be trained because their level of trust is high, so being trained once or twice is enough," she explained.
He added this arts performance could increase the sense of self-confidence and independence of SLB 07 Jakarta students.
"The self-confidence they have can make them independent and more creative. A special message from the Acting Governor to us teachers is asked to remain enthusiastic about working with full heart, of course with trust," he stated.
