Tidung Island Residents Appreciate JAKI's Online Complaints

The Online Complaint Service via the Jakarta Kini Application (JAKI), received a positive response from residents of Tidung Island, South Seribu Islands. JAKI is a Jakarta superapp that provides one-stop services to help people's daily lives.

JAKI has been useful in providing information

Dewa Angling Kusuma (22), one of residents in RT 07/02, Tidung Island said the superapp has various service and information features. Even, it can convey information about the obstacles faced by residents, both problems with public facilities and public services in Jakarta.

"Thus far, JAKI has been useful in providing information, thus urban village or sub-district officials can find out about the obstacles that exist among residents," he said, Friday (12/15).

He admitted the complaint reporting system in this application is also very easy to use. People just have to press the camera button in the middle, then take a photo of the problem they find.

Not only that, following up on resident complaint reports, this application can also be monitored in real time.

"I often report complaints via this application, as the response from JAKI is very fast and resolved immediately. Hopefully, later the socialization of the use of JAKI can be increased further," he expressed.

The same statement also came out from Helmayuri (32), a resident of RW 04 Tidung Island said that besides helping people report environmental problems, this application could also provide information about free WiFi points from the Jakarta Provincial Government that are nearby.

"There are many benefits from JAKI, people are greatly helped by the presence of this application, even the implementation of digitalization on Tidung Island is alive and running," he added.

He added the various features in the JAKI application could be useful. Like JakLapor to make resident complaints; JakWarta as the latest information about the provincial government; JakRespons to monitor the follow-up to residents' reports.

There is also a JakPangan feature to find out the latest price information and food availability throughout Pasar Jaya; JakWiFi to find free WiFi access points and many other features.

"Hope the socialization of the use of this superapp can be further improved, thus the method of using JAKI can be widely known," he hoped.
