Jakarta Govt Start Drafting 2016 City Budget

Besides trying to accelerate ratification of 2015 City Budget, Jakarta Provincial Government also start drafting 2016 City Budget. 

There are 2 processes which run simultaneously. Firstly we want to finish 2015 City Budget well. Secondly the process of 2016 City budget draft is ongoing

2016 City Budget has been drafting since this Tuesday (3/31) marked by holding City-Level Regional Development Planning Forum (Musrenbang). 

City Secretary, Saefullah claimed acceleration of 2015 City Budget ratification is run simultaneously with drafting of 2016 City Budget.

City Budget Could Be Used by April 24, Ahok Hoped

"There are 2 processes which run simultaneously. Firstly we want to finish 2015 City Budget well. Secondly the process of 2016 City budget draft is ongoing," he said at City Hall, Tuesday (3/31). 

Saefullah cleared, drafting process of 2016 City Budget starts today by holding Musrenbang activity in five Jakarta administration cities alternately. "We start city-level Musrenbang for 2016 City Budget," he cleared. 

He also mentioned that he has asked the mayors in whole Jakarta areas to invite all potentials in the citizens. Thus it can be sorted first what is Jakarta citizens actually need. 

"If it should be bottom-up, the things that citizens need," he disclosed.
