Jakarta Acting Governor, Heru Budi Hartono, inaugurated and took the oath of office for 103 administrator and supervisory officials at Balai Agung Great Hall, City Hall, Friday (1/12).

Hundreds of administrators and supervisors appointed were from 10 regional apparatus organizations (OPD), including Education Agency, Health Agency, Library and Archives Agency, Satpol PP, Legal Bureau and Regional Bureau heads, as well as West Jakarta administration, North Jakarta administration, East Jakarta administration, and South Jakarta administration.
The inauguration is based on Home Minister Letter Number 100.2.2.6/0368/Otda, BKM Acting Head Letter Number 10525, and 11471/B-AK.02.02//SD/K/2023, Jakarta Governor Decree Number 38/2024 dated January 18, 2024, and number 872/2023 dated December 18, 2023 on Appointment, Transfer and Dismissal of and from Civil Servant Officials under Jakarta Provincial Government.

"Evaluation will be held after six months of the inauguration remaining in effect," he expressed, Friday (1/12).
He also urged the newly appointed urban village heads to run their duties as well as possible, help the area run well, and coordinate with community leaders.
He also instructed the urban village head to regularly monitor the area and quickly respond to residents' aspirations, including pruning trees prone to falling when the rainy season enters.
He also urged the ranks under the Jakarta Education Agency to stop bullying between students at school and brawls.
"Students involved in bullying and brawling are subject to strict sanctions, including withdrawing aid if they are registered as KJP recipients," he asserted.
He also instructed the ranks of the Jakarta Health Agency to work optimally in efforts to handle stunting.
"Together with the mayor, I will a sudden visit to check the handling of stunting next week," he stressed.
He also reminded all civil servants to be neutral in the elections 2024.
"In accordance with regulations, they must be neutral or do not take sides with anyone in the elections," he stressed.
