West Jakarta Food Tenacity, Maritime and Agriculture (KPKP) Sub-agency has given anti rabies vaccine for 9,185 animals along January-December 2023.

5,741 Animals in Central Jakarta Vaccinated against Rabies
"The number of vaccination is bigger compared to 2022 by 7,979 animals," she said, Monday (1/15).
From 9,185 animals, 2,124 are dogs, 6,958 cats, 66 monkeys, and 37 weasels.
She added that the vaccination was given through door to door and holding program in urban village, sub-district, RPTRA, and sport facilities.
"By holding the program routinely, it is hoped Jakarta will remain free of rabies since 2004 ago," she hoped.
