43 Animals in Cilangkap Vaccinated

As many as 43 animals prone to rabies owned by residents at RT 01/02 Cilangkap Urban Village, Cipayung, Tuesday (1/16), were vaccinated by East Jakarta Food Tenacity, Maritime and Agriculture (KPKP) Sub-agency.
Those animals are nine cats and 34 dogs
The program that was held at one of resident houses on Jalan Wira Kencana IX led by Cipayung KPKP's Implementer Unit Head, Nur Hikmah. The program was also attended by East Jakarta KPKP Sub-agency Head Ali Nurdin, and apparatus of urban village, RT, RW, PKK, and LMK.
9,185 Animals Have Been Vaccinated Last YearAli Nurdin said the program was the first held in this year. Similar program will be held routinely up to the end of this year for preventing rabies.
"Those animals are nine cats and 34 dogs," he said.
Meanwhile, Nur Hikmah appreciated the RT and RW caretakers for supporting the program.
"The program involved 10 health personnel," she stated.
Cikangkap RT 01/02 Head, Rosmery Simanjuntak, admitted the program has been socialized through whatsapp group. RW caretaker also communicated with RT caretakers to inform PKK cadres to support the program.
"The program was held at resident house to ease animal owners participating the vaccination," she admitted.
