North Jakarta Makes Sure Assistance On Target

North Jakarta Social Sub-agency makes sure 40,283 people recipients of Kartu Lansia Jakarta (KLJ), Kartu Anak Jakarta (KAJ), Kartu Penyandang Disabilitas Jakarta (KPDJ) and Kartu Peduli Anak dan Remaja Jakarta (KPARJ) are already on target.

North Jakarta Social Sub-agency Head, Rizqon Hermawan, said in 2023 total recipients of KLJ were 32,902 people; KAJ 2,828 people; KPDJ 4,105 people, and KPARJ 458 people.

Total recipients in details are Cilincing Sub-district by 10,351 people; Kelapa Gading Sub-district by 1,538 people; Koja Sub-districts by 10,374 peiple; Penjaringan Sub-district by 10,228 people; and Tanjung Priok Sub-district by 7,792 people.
According to him, the four types of social assistance provided are programs to fulfill basic needs in an effort to improve social welfare for young children to elderlies.
"The social assistance given in cash Rp 300,000 through Bank DKI account," he said.
Meanwhile, Aisa Jumiati (46), resident of Sunter Jaya Urban Village, admitted happy with the assistance given by Jakarta Provincial Government.
"My son gets Rp 300,000 monthly. It is very helpful," she said.
He hoped similar assistance will remain be distributed for those who need it.
"Thanks to the Jakarta Provincial Government for the assistance," she admitted.
