East Jakarta Administration Mayor, Bambang Musyawardhana said, all proposed activities in 2016 at the city level were discussed for two days from Monday (4/6) until Tuesday (4/7). The discussion was divided into four areas, namely governance, development, economy, and social welfare.
"Because the citizens want a better infrastructure in East Jakarta, the majority of proposed activities in 2016 are derived from the citizen's aspirations, especially in terms of infrastructure development which accounted for 88 percent of the total activity," told Musyawardhana, Tuesday (4/7).

"The numbers of activities are reduced because after verification, we found many overlapping program. Then, we also found the activities that could actually joined together and become the province or department authority," Hartati uttered.
Hartati continued, the 4,000 activities will be selected again at the provincial level because she saw many activities that actually became provincial authority or agency. For example, the proposed rehabilitation of 40 schools as well as normalization and revitalization of traditional markets.
