Damaged Roads at Rawa Buaya Flyover Repaired

The West Jakarta Bina Marga Sub-agency was seen repairing damaged roads on the Rawa Buaya Flyover, precisely from Kembangan to Cengkareng, in Rawa Buaya Urban Village, Cengkareng Sub-district, West Jakarta.

Hopefully, it can make road users safer and more comfortable when crossing

Cengkareng Sub-district Bina Marga Executing Unit's Work Coordinator, Boris P said repairs to damaged roads were conducted at night or when traffic flow was not busy.

"Repairs were to follow up on the sub-district office's requests based on community reports. Repairs are focuses on 11 points," he explained, Thursday (2/1).

2,245 Damaged Road Points in Kelapa Gading Have Been Repaired

According to him, the repairs involved six personnel by patching the peeling asphalt. The peeled asphalt varies from 20 - 60 centimeters in diameter.

Previously, his party also repaired damaged roads on the same flyover from Cengkareng to Kembangan.

"Hopefully, it can make road users safer and more comfortable when crossing," he hoped.

Rawa Buaya Urban Village Head, Junaidi said his party immediately informed the community about the damage to the road at the Rawa Buaya Flyover.

"Because in the last few days, there has been frequent rain. If it isn't repaired quickly, we are worried that the damage will get worse and endanger road users. We appreciate the quick action of the personmel who responded to the report," he stated.
