Welcoming KAA, City Parks Beautified

Jakarta City Parks and Cemeteries Department repaired green lanes and beautified parks in the capital for welcoming 109 delegations, heads of state, and participants of Asia-Africa Summit Conference (KAA) in the upcoming April 19-24. 

Those green lanes have been repaired since a week ago

Not only that, some banners which contains of informations related to the international event will also be installed along the lane that will be passed by the participants. 

Head of City Parks Division for Jakarta City Parks and Cemeteries Department, Ratna Dyah stated, approaching the sixtieth KAA in Jakarta, her party repaired the green lane parks that will be passed by the participants. 

No Traffic Diversion When Asia Africa Summit Takes Place

"Those green lanes has been repaired since a week ago," said Ratna Dyah, Friday (4/10). 

Dyah explained, besides repairing the parks in green lanes, her side also decorated the parks in BI Roundabout, Jalan Medan Merdeka Barat, Central Jakarta. It was conducted by beautifying the plants in kerombong and placing pots of decorative plants. 

"Beside repairing the parks we also decorated the parks in BI Rundabout by placing some pots of decorative plants. Plants in kerombong were also beautified," she uttered. 

She added, currently the reparation of the green lanes in Dukuh Atas, Jalan MH Thamrin and Jalan Jenderal Sudirman has been done. 

"We hope the green lanes and parks which has been repaired and decorated could attract the participants of KAA when visiting Jakarta," she said.
