South Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Sub-agency held population service at two schools in Kebayoran Lama Sub-district. The service was held to ease students getting ID card.
Sub-agency Head, Nurrahman, said the service was held at SMAN 47 Jakarta, Kebayoran Lama Utara Urban Village on February 19, and at SMAN 32 Jakarta, Grogol Selatan Urban Village on February 20, 2024.
West Jakarta Recorded 49,905 e-ID Cards“As many as 263 students were served by our 10 personnel,” he said.
Of 263 students, 159 students were activating digital ID card, 97 students were recording for e-ID card, and seven students were symbolically given e-ID card.
“The service is aimed to ease student age 16-17 to get e-ID card,” he added.
He hoped the service will reach more schools in South Jakarta.
“We could give two or five services at school in a week,” he stated.
Meanwhile, Machmud (16), student of SMAN 32 Jakarta, admitted happy with the service held at his school.
“When my age is 17, I can get my ID card easily without recording data in urban village office. The sub-agency already prepares mobile service to give my ID card,” he admitted.
