PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol, inaugurated three premium accommodations called Paus Putri Duyung Ancol Cottage, at Taman Impian Jaya Ancol, North Jakarta, Friday (2/23).

Putri Duyung Ancol Operational Manager, Christina Divina Ardaniputi said Paus Putri Duyung Cottage offers a variety of unforgettable stay experiences. This cottage, which faces directly to the sea, certainly provides the exclusive sensation of enjoying the sunrise or sunset from the balcony.

"There are three cottages that we have just inaugurated. These are strategically located on the beach, providing spectacular views of the sea and a peaceful atmosphere that is difficult to find amid the hustle and bustle of Jakarta," she expressed, Sunday (2/25).

Putri Duyung Cottage Requires Revitalization

She explained they stand among a cluster covering an area of 2,000 square meters. It took six months to build them. Each has a building area of around 143 square meters.

"Construction started in June last year, for six months we continued to improve and complete the facilities for safety and comfort," she explained.

Each has a normal capacity for six people, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Inside, there is also a minibar equipped with various snacks.

"What's special about them is their infinity (private) swimming pool with amazing sea views. This is a new concept and has never been seen in other cottages here," she explained.

Aside that, the advantage of staying here is that the price of one cottage includes Ancol entry and tourist tickets. The tourist tickets obtained are Dunia Fantasi (Dufan), Sea World, Ocean Dream, Atlantis, and Jakarta Dream Land. Of course, there are many other interesting facilities while staying at this cottage.

"We offer starting from Rp 8 million per night on weekdays (weekdays) and Rp 12 million per night on weekends (holidays). Come on, order now to get other promotions," she added.

City Secretary's Economy and Finance Assistant, Sri Haryati, who was also present at the inauguration of the cottage, expressed her appreciation for PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol which continues to innovate and improve the venues (facilities) at Putri Duyung in particular.

Currently, she added, the Jakarta Provincial Government is promoting economic improvement in the tourism and creative economy sectors. Hopefully, this newly inaugurated cottage could also boost the city's economy.

"Insya Allah (God willing), the interest of visitors from both Jakarta and outside Jakarta will increase even more, ultimately having an impact on Jakarta's economy," she stated.
