Kembangan Sub-district Water Resource Implementer Unit Staff, Daud, said the handling is run by providing plaster in form of sacks filled with soil and gabions filled with river stones which are built 25 meters long and four meters high.

"The landslide occurred on December 2023 ago. The handling has been starting since January 10, 2024," he said, Friday (3/22).

According to him, the handling involves 15 sub-agency personnel. At the bottom of the ground is installed with a pile of plastic sacks filled with soil by 200 centimeters thick and at the top a gabion filled with river stones by 50 centimeters high with a thickness of up to 100 meters.

"Now the progress has reached 90 percent and will complete next week," he added.

"Hopefully the plaster will be stronger so we'll feel safer," he stated.
