The water inundated Hek intersection, Kramat Jati, East Jakarta due to overflowed Kali Baru, Monday (3/25) at 3 AM, has receded at 8 AM.

Kramat Jati Sub-district Water Resource Implementer Unit Head, Muchlis, explained the inundation caused by overflowed Kali Baru. Moreover, the dike of the river is also being installed.

Kramat Jati Sub-district Head, Igan Muhammad Faisal, denied rumor stated that the dike is broken. At this moment, Water Resource Agency is being running dike construction.
Igan stated that his side deployed 100 joint personnel of Satpol PP, PPSU, Transportation Sub-agency, SDA Unit, Fire Handling and Rescue Sub-agency, and Social Sub-agency's Tagana.
"Some of personnel also managed traffic to avoid vehicles trapped in the water," he stated.
Meanwhile, Jakarta Environment Agency's Waste Management Water Body Unit Head, Dadang Cahaya Rusdiana, said his side deployed 40 personnel, one garbage truck and mini dump truck, and two motor-carts to clean the waste at riverbank and on Jalan Raya Bogor.
"Personnel should be able to handle it in one hour if the mainstream water level is normal," he said.
