He explained that May Day again fosters a deep meaning of togetherness for the parties concerned to build and develop visionary industrial relations such as the big theme of this year's May Day this year, namely 'Working Together to Create Competent Workers' with the sub-theme Creating Togetherness of Workers/Labourers, Entrepreneurs and Government.
