As many as 25 toddlers enjoyed Integrated Health Post (Posyandu) service held by Kebon Sirih Urban Village PKK, Menteng Sub-district, Central Jakarta, Tuesday (5/7).

Kebon Sirih Urban Village TP PKK Head, Nova Andrini, said this monthly routine activity is to ensure children's health, as well as identify if there are cases of stunting.

"With this Posyandu, we can monitor children's development. Whether the child is indicated to be stunted or not, by measuring their weight and height," she said.

Nova explained apart from measuring height and weight and health checks, Posyandu Toddlers also provides supplementary feeding (PMT) services, as well as vaccinations according to the child's age.

This Posyandu also serves elderly residents. The services provided include measuring weight and height, abdominal circumference, blood pressure, blood checks, and providing additional food (PMT).

"A total of 25 toddlers and 27 elderly residents accessed Posyandu services today," she added.

One of elderlies of RW 05, Kebon Sirih Urban Village, Istiqomah (65), admitted she routinely accessing Posyandu service together with other elderlies.

"The service is good, fast, and also free. I checked uric acid, blood sugar, height and weight," she admitted.
