Satpol PP Intensifies Nail-Trap Sweeping Operation in S. Jakarta

In an attempt to fight back against escalations in the spread of nail traps on the streets, the Satpol PP intensifies a nail-trap cleanup operation in South Jakarta.

South Jakarta Satpol PP'sCivil Servant Investigators (PPNS) and Enforcement Section Head, Daniel said the nail-trap clenup operation was focused on Jalan Raya Pasar Minggu.

"We did sweeping and managed to collect four nails, five plate fragments, and four bolts," he expressed, Monday (5/13).

He explained the operation involved ten personnel of Satpol PP and ten personnel of anggita Garnisun.

"We also send two operational cars type Hilux from PPNS Section," he explained.

He urged the person who spread the nail mines not to repeat his/her actions because it could endanger the lives of motorists and could result in criminal charges.

"If you see the case like this, just report it to us," he asserted.

"If we find them occupying sidewalks or public facilities, we will take action according to the regulations and we will still do it humanely," he added.
