Thousands People Participate PAM Jaya Management Trainee Selection

Arief added within a year the party will recruit 100 fresh graduate human resources and this is the second recruitment. They are prepared with special provisions, so they can take on bigger jobs and mandates in the future.

"They will be placed in Jakarta but in the future we will try to go upstream. Because water issues are not only regulated by the provinces, but the central government must also work together," he said.

This year his party will build 71,000 to 77,000 new connections. In July, the target is to reach the first 13,000.

"Previously there were 6,000 connections," he added.

The main obstacle in adding this pipeline network is the density of underground utilities. So, they have to be careful not to touch these utilities. Then there are people who do not want their environment to be installed with a pipe network because the groundwater is quite good.

Meanwhile, Jakarta BUMD Coaching Board Head, Nasrudin Djoko Surjono, expressed his appreciation to PAM Jaya for opening the second stage of the selection test to fulfill the development plans carried out by PAM Jaya, during the period 2023 to 2030.

"It is not only infrastructure that is needed, but also human resources that must be strengthened. We give our appreciation to PAM Jaya for opening this second stage of the selection test," he said.

His party also congratulated the 1,087 selection participants. Because, successfully passed the initial stage of the test from a total of 2,690 job applicants.

It is hoped that they can work to serve the community through a drinking water company that is 101 years old. It is also hoped that in the future they can become leaders, replacing their retired seniors.
