The activity, which is held to commemorate the Indonesia's Independence Day's 78th Anniversary and Sanggar Teradahan's 8th Anniversary was enlivened with various art performances.

He explained the Cultural Performance was held in the Srengseng City Forest area, Kelapa Dua, Kembangan, West Jakarta from 9 AM to 10 PM.
The event entitled 'Awaken Youth Spirit in Preserving Culture as a Real Form of Strengthening National Identity' was made even more lively by the performance of Aziz Gagap, professors, other cultural communities, and a culinary bazaar typical of Betawi and Indonesian archipelago.
"This performance features doorstop, martial art, ondel-ondel, Betawi dance, Betawi band, gambus music, firecracker man, gambang (a xylophone-like instrument), kromong (a set of small gongs), and lenong (traditional Betawi theater)," he explained.
He hoped that it could be one of the signs and concrete proof that Jakarta has arts and culture that are no less competitive than foreign cultures.
"Also a form of appreciation for the artists as well as entertainment for locals," he stated.
