Channel Repairs on Jalan Lebak Bulus Raya Completed

The Cilandak Sub-district Water Resources (SDA) Executing Unit, South Jakarta has completed repairs and dredging of channels on Jalan Lebak Bulus Raya, RT 08/02, Lebak Bulus Urban Village.

Cilandak Sub-district SDA Executing Unit Head, Yansori expressed the repair and dredging were started on April 26, 2024.
"Alhamdulillah (Thank God), the work was completed already yesterday," he expressed, Tuesday (5/21).

"It is done to the channel with a width and height of 40 centimeters, carried out along 100 meters," he explained.
According to him, the thickness of the mud in the channel was around 30 centimeters. Every day, 10 to 15 sacks of dirt and garbage were successfully cleaned.
"Hopefully, it can minimize inundation and flooding when it rains," he hoped.
The repair received appreciation from one of the residents, Toha (46).
"I hope this channel will accommodate water in large quantities in the future," he stated.
