30 Pelajar MTSN 26 Jakarta Diberikan Sosialisasi Kepalangmerahan

PMR Training Held at MTSN 26 Jakarta

Indonesia Red Cross (PMI) of Seribu Island held socialization and training of Youth Red Cross (PMR) at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri (MTsN) 26 Seribu Island, Campus C Harapan Island, Seribu Utara Sub-district.

30 students participated in the program

Seribu Utara PMI Head, Fahrullah, said the socialization and training is held on May 21-22, 2024. It is aimed to gain knowledge of red cross for students.

"There were 30 students participated in the program," he said, Tuesday (5/22).

Tens of School Headmaster Attend Red Cross Socialization

On the first day, students were given material about Red Cross. Then, on the second day, there was practice in carrying out First Aid in Accidents (P3K) with material on splinting and dressing wounds, as well as first aid management in emergency conditions.

"The activity involved three Seribu Island volunteers," he added.

He hopes that this activity can broaden students' horizons and increase their knowledge in providing first aid when an accident occurs in the school environment.

Meanwhile, Seribu Island MTsN 26 Coordinator, Abdul Rahman, appreciated and supported this socialization and training of PMR.

He hopes that similar activities can continue to be encouraged so that it can be carried out regularly to develop knowledge and educate from an early age about red cross.
