Three Angsana Trees Across Jatinegara Train Station Pruned

There were three Angsana trees on Jalan Jatinegara Barat, Rawa Bunga, Jatinegara, Tuesday (5/28), pruned by East Jakarta City Park and Forestry Taskforce personnel.

Acting East Jakarta City Park and Forestry Sub-agency's Green Lane and Cemetery Section Head, Randi Putra, admitted those trees were pruned due to shady condition. The branches and leaves blocked the public street light.

Seven Angsana Trees on Jalan Outer Ring Road Pruned

"It is also aimed to prevent fallen tree during rainy season," he admitted.

According to him, six taskforce personnel were deployed to prune the trees manually.

Meanwhile, Rawa Bunga Urban Village Economy and Development Section Head, Randy Apriansyah, said his side also deployed two PPSU personnel to assist the pruning.

"Thanks to East Jakarta City Park and Forestry Sub-agency for quickly responding resident's report," he stated.
