Integrated Mobile Service on Panggang Island Well Appreciated

The Mobile Integrated Service held by Seribu Island One-Stop Integrated Service and Investment Management Unit (UP PM-PTSP) received appreciation from residents of Panggang Island Urban Village, Seribu Utara Island. Residents really feel the benefits of the mobile licensing and non-licensing services.

The service saves my time and cost

One of residents RT 07/02, Panggang Island Urban Village, Ikhlas Fajar (23), admitted happy with the service. To get permits, he does not need to cross the island, especially since the process is easy and fast.

"I am here to get police clearance letter (SKCK). The service saves my time and cost," he admitted, Thursday (5/30).

Similar thing was also stated by resident of RT 01/03 Panggang Island Urban Village, Riki Yakub (47). Riki felt ease when consulting regarding the rights to change his land.

"The officers are very nice and friendly. This mobile service is very effective. We were served quickly," he stated.

Meanwhile, Seribu Island UP PM-PTSP Head, Erwin, explained the service is held to serve Panggang and Pramuka Islands for getting license and non license letter.

"This service collaborates with related regional working units such as Population and Civil Registration Sub-agency, Regional Tax Service, and up to Immigration Office and Police," he explained.

Previously, he added, door-to-door service was already held together with socialization.

The service on Panggang Island Urban Village has served 40 people; five people for SKCK, one for Isbat Nikah, three for Business License Number (NIB), 12 for Building and Land Tax, three for SPT report and two related with payment.

Next are 10 people for non-license permit such as death letter, birth letter, family card, and child identity card.

"There are also consultation services. Four people consulting for BPN, two for immigration and one for BPJS Ketenagakerjaan," he concluded.
