DPMPTSP's Extension Subgroup Chairman, Rinaldi stated communication is the key for the Jakarta Provincial Government in providing execellent public services to Jakarta residents.
According to him, as part of the state administration, effective communication continues to be conducted by the Jakarta Government, thus various government programs and policies can be conveyed well to the public.

He explained more than just policies and procedures, commitment and active support from organizational leaders are key elements that drive successful communication, and lead to the delivery of excellent public services.
"One of the main keys is an effective communication program and surely there must be something called leadership commitment," he explained.
He explained effective communication would provide a positive experience for the public in accessing public services. That move could create an inclusive and responsive environment and increase public trust.
He added the DPMPTSP also continues to conduct various innovations in conveying effective messages, one of which is through the government branding public campaign 'Proposing your own permits is easy' which is processed integratedly with an integrated communication approach through comprehensive planning, implementation, and evaluation.
"Through effective communication, we keep building our reputation and break down stigma through various conveniences in investment matters and licensing/non-licensing services in Jakarta. By so, hopefully, the level of public awareness of the importance of licensing can continue to increase," he closed.
